5.2 Codebot Technologies retains the right to display the work as part of our portfolio.
6. Confidentiality
We agree to keep your business information confidential and not share it with third parties without your consent.
7. Project Delays and Cancellation
7.1 Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline adjustments.
7.2 Cancellation fees may apply as specified in the project agreement.
8. Warranty and Liability
8.1 We warrant that our work will be free from defects for 30 days after project completion.
8.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
9. Hosting and Maintenance
If we provide hosting or maintenance services, these will be governed by separate agreements.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
